Jixiang Antibacterial Metal Composite Panels are a type of specialty aluminum-plastic composite panel. It is a new type of composite material manufactured using advanced processes, featuring a high-quality aluminum alloy coated sheet as the surface layer and non-toxic low-density polyethylene or fire-resistant materials as the core. The surface is coated with an organic antibacterial coating, combining aesthetics, antibacterial properties, and environmental friendliness into one. 1. The antimicrobial coating contains a unique antimicrobial component composed of silver ions. Microscopic, elemental silver ions with very high surface purity are distributed throughout the coating.
2. When microorganisms come into contact with the surface of the antimicrobial coating, water molecules (resulting from microbial metabolism) migrate through the coating and encounter the silver. Silver ions are generated and released into the paint film.
3. The antimicrobial component adheres to the microorganisms, disrupting their normal functions and ultimately inhibiting their growth on the paint film.
