    Jixiang anti-static metal composite panels are coated with an anti-static finish, featuring a surface resistivity of less than 10⁹ Ω—lower than that of standard aluminum-plastic panels. This makes them less prone to static electricity and prevents dust in the air from adhering to the surface. In addition to providing anti-static, dust-proof, stain-resistant, and antibacterial properties, these panels are also suitable for interior applications in industries with special requirements.


    Since static discharge and electrostatic attraction can easily cause malfunctions in electronic equipment, induce electromagnetic interference, accelerate component aging, and increase the risk of explosions and fires; and since dust accumulation significantly reduces equipment efficiency and affects product quality, among other issues, Jixiang has collaborated with material suppliers to develop the application of anti-static coatings in the aluminum-plastic panel sector, providing more options for indoor and outdoor decoration projects requiring anti-static and antibacterial environments!

    Jixiang Antibacterial Metal Composite Panels are a type of specialty aluminum-plastic composite panel. It is a new type of composite material manufactured using advanced processes, featuring a high-quality aluminum alloy coated sheet as the surface layer and non-toxic low-density polyethylene or fire-resistant materials as the core. The surface is coated with an organic antibacterial coating, combining aesthetics, antibacterial properties, and environmental friendliness into one. It is an excellent decorative product for sterile rooms in public spaces such as medical, electronic, food, and educational facilities, and has been recognized as a Shanghai High-Tech Product and a National Key High-Tech Product.


    The use of an organic antibacterial coating provides superior sterilization effects compared to ordinary aluminum-plastic panels; the longer it is used, the more effective the sterilization becomes, making it a new-generation product for environmental purification.

    Principles of Antimicrobial Action

    1. The antimicrobial coating contains a unique antimicrobial component composed of silver ions. Microscopic, elemental silver ions with very high surface purity are distributed throughout the coating.

    2. When microorganisms come into contact with the surface of the antimicrobial coating, water molecules (resulting from microbial metabolism) migrate through the coating and encounter the silver. Silver ions are generated and released into the paint film.

    3. The antimicrobial component adheres to the microorganisms, disrupting their normal functions and ultimately inhibiting their growth on the paint film.

    The core advantages of the material itself

    High Flatness: The advertising panels are composed of aluminum sheets laminated to a plastic core. The surface is free of unevenness or warping, ensuring uniform adhesion of UV ink and producing sharp, crisp print edges.

    Lightweight + High Strength: Lighter than pure aluminum sheets or stone, these panels are easy to transport, cut, and install. They are also impact-resistant and resistant to deformation, withstanding wind loads and vibrations during outdoor use.

    Excellent Weather Resistance: The surface aluminum sheet undergoes anodizing and coating treatments. Combined with the UV-resistant properties of UV ink, it can withstand prolonged exposure to sun and rain without fading or chalking, ensuring a long service life (up to 5–8 years outdoors).

    Excellent ink absorption: The surface features a specialized coating that quickly absorbs UV ink. After curing under UV lamps, the ink bonds firmly to the board, making it resistant to scratches and peeling.

    High printing efficiency: The material is non-absorbent and non-stretchable, eliminating the need for complex pre-treatment (such as spraying or drying) before printing. It can be printed directly, shortening the production cycle.

    Accurate color reproduction: The smooth surface and uniform coating precisely showcase the high saturation and wide color gamut of UV printing, resulting in vibrant patterns with high color fidelity.

    Cost-effectiveness in specific application scenarios

    Flexible Fabrication: Easily cut, bend, and slot to accommodate various sizes and shapes (e.g., signage, feature walls, display stands).

    Cost-effective: Priced lower than pure aluminum or stainless steel sheets, with low overall installation and maintenance costs, allowing you to achieve the desired results while reducing project budgets.

    Automotive interior panels are composed of thin aluminum sheets bonded to a plastic core, resulting in a density far lower than that of traditional steel or solid wood. For the same surface area, weight can be reduced by 30%–50%.

    A lighter vehicle body directly reduces fuel consumption (or range loss in electric vehicles) while also lowering the vehicle’s inertia, thereby enhancing agility in acceleration, braking, and steering.
